Air Shipments:
Air shipments are subject to additional charges, which will be billed as per actual costs.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:
For Air Courier Deliveries:
- Zone A - Within City - 2-3 business days.
- Zone B - Within State - 3-4 business days.
- Zone C - Metro to Metro - 4-5 business days.
- Zone D - Rest of India - 5-6 business days.
- Zone E - Northeast and J&K - 7-10 business days.
For Ground (Surface) Deliveries:
- Zone A - Within City - 2 business days.
- Zone B - Within State - 3 business days.
- Zone C - Metro to Metro - 5 business days.
- Zone D - Rest of India - 7 business days.
- Zone E - Northeast and J&K - 9+ business days.
Deliveries to rural areas, restricted zones, or disputed pin codes may take longer due to logistical constraints.
International Shipping:
Currently, we do not provide international shipping.
Undelivered Products:
In cases where a product is undelivered by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process a full refund after the product is returned to our facility.
Lost in Transit:
If a product is lost in transit by the courier, we will refund the full amount immediately.
